Design and Research of a Dual Rotor Consequent-pole Vernier Motor with Halbach Array

چکیده

Aiming at improving the torque density of motor and utilization rate permanent magnets (PMs), a dual rotor consequent-pole vernier (DRCPVM) is proposed in this article. The stator has double-sided structure with two sets independent windings on each side. Therefore, different working modes according to on/off state windings. In design process, DRCPVM used as basic model optimization performed it. includes slot width height teeth radian ratio occupied by PMs. Moreover, Halbach array introduced into establish (DRCPVM-HA). reduces flux leakage improves magnetic circuit. And employed discuss magnetization angle. rule electromagnetic performance changing angle studied find optimal array. When 45° DRCPVM-HA, significantly improved, ripple reduced, PMs improved.
